With the ongoing global pandemic, our first objective is to protect our guests and prevent the spread of COVID-19. As conscientious and wellness-focused hosts, we use EPA-approved disinfectant between each of our reservations and are up-to-date on NC State and Buncombe County provisions. We highly recommend that all guests review and follow the current local guidelines for restrictions.

The Red Cottage comfortably sleeps 4 guests (with an option to add 2 additional guests for a charge), with 2 full bathrooms. We provide premium linens, quilts, and blankets and stock the bathrooms with toiletries, cleaning supplies, and towels. Additionally, the cottage has excellent cellular coverage, 3 wall-mounted TVs with premium cable, Netflix, and of course, hi-speed internet.

We are located in a beautiful area that offers countless attractions, fun events throughout the year, and is very pet-friendly. We own and operate our vacation rental and insuring the health and welfare of all of our guests - pets included! All are welcomed! Guests will have total access to the house and we encourage you to help yourself to everything - Please make yourselves at home!
