Please take note of the following fees that may apply to your visit, based on your stay length.
Cleaning Fees
We charge a cleaning fee to provide a clean, sanitary environment for all of our guests, and to ensure your safety during the pandemic. For Long Stays we provide monthly complimentary cleans.
Quick Trip (up to 14 nights) - $80
Short Stay (15-90 nights) - $150
Long Stay (91+ nights) - $250
Extra Guest Fees
The nightly rate includes 4 people (including children 18+ months). We can accommodate up to 6 guests, and charge an additional guest fee for each extra guest, per day.

Pet Fees
We welcome pets in our home, but please note that pets are not permitted on the property without prior notice. We charge a pet fee, per pet for the duration of your stay.
Quick Trip (up to 14 nights) - $80/ per pet

Long Stay (91+ nights) - $250/ per pet
Cancellation Fees
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount paid. If cancelled between 14-30 days before check-in will get back 50%. Security deposit of $250 is added and fully refundable. Please read our Rental Agreement for details.
