After months of searching for the perfect vacation property in Black Mountain, we came across this beautiful 1920 red cedar-sided cottage. Hence the name, The Red Cottage. The large front porch is set back from an old weeping willow and a spectacular hickory nut shade tree. Full of light, beautiful hardwood floors, and the big year had our hearts at first sight! We cherish this property and took pride to renovate and furnish it as if it were our primary residence. As a guest, all you need to bring with you are your personal items, and high expectations!

 

We have had the joy of renting our home since January 2014 and continue to make improvements to enhance the stay for all of our guests. John and I personally manage all operations of the home and offer personalized services, such as a special welcome gift upon your arrival. Our goal is to exceed your expectations, and do anything we can to ensure you have an amazing visit. We are completely at your service.
